Question: Can I place my order by telephone?
A : No, we do not accept phone orders. You can safely place an order on FOLUMEN.com, BOL.com, Amazon.com or eBay.com.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?
A: Unfortunately, once placed orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
To ensure smooth processing, orders are immediately registered and sent to the warehouse. Once an order is scheduled for processing, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Question: What if I am not satisfied with my FOLUMEN® product?
A: We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send us a message here and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note: The satisfaction guarantee applies to one bottle of each product per customer. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests for more than one of the same item/color, or if a refund has previously been issued for the item in question. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact our customer service team.

Question: Where do I apply a coupon code?
A : Join our newsletter to stay up to date on promotions and new launches! You can enter your coupon code in the "Discount" box on the first page of the checkout process. This will show you the total price in your cart, minus the discount applied, before you continue with the purchase process.
- On desktop : The Discount Box is located on the right, below the list of items in your cart. Enter the code as indicated and click "Apply" to see the adjusted price.
- On mobile : On the first checkout screen, click on 'View Order Summary' at the top of the page. Enter the code in the Discount Box and click 'Apply'. Then check the updated prices.
Question: The system is not applying my coupon code. Why?
A : Coupon codes cannot be combined; use the code with the highest discount for the best value. Additionally, FOLUMEN® codes are limited to one use per account/household. Loyalty coupons must be used by the account that received the code.

Q: Why did my free shipping disappear after I applied a coupon code?
A : Free shipping applies to orders of €39.95 or more after applying discounts and before taxes. If a coupon brings the order value below €39.95, free shipping will be canceled.
Tip : If the coupon saves you more than the shipping cost, leave the coupon applied. Otherwise, remove the coupon to enjoy free shipping, or add additional items to combine both benefits.

Question: Do you ship internationally?
A : Yes, we ship worldwide! If you have any problems placing an order from your country, please feel free to contact us.
Q: How long does it take for orders to arrive?
A : Orders placed through our website are usually shipped within 1-2 business days and usually arrive within 2-3 business days. This is an estimate, depending on location. Most orders arrive sooner, but sometimes a delivery can take a little longer.
- Tip : Please wait at least 5 business days after your order before inquiring about the status. Usually we can send your order within the mentioned 2-3 business days.
- For questions about tracking your package, please contact the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.).
- If the tracking information has not been updated for more than five business days, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you by filing a claim with the carrier and sending a replacement product if necessary.
Question: What should I do if my order is marked as “Delivered” but I have not received it?
A : Orders marked as 'Delivered' within the last five business days may still be in transit. Delivery timing and scans from couriers may vary. If your order was marked as 'Delivered' more than five business days ago and you have not received it, please contact us here so we can assist you further.
