A : We do NOT accept telephone orders. You can safely place an order on FOLUMEN.com; BOL.com, Amazon.com and eBay.com.

Q: Can I change/cancel my order after I have placed it?

A: No, orders placed cannot be changed or canceled.

To provide the most convenient fulfillment experience, orders are recorded immediately after placement and sent directly to the warehouse for fulfillment; Once in the warehouse queue for picking and packing, orders are not eligible for change/cancellation.

Please ensure you double check all items/information for your order before shipping. Please note that once the order has been placed, you will not be eligible for a refund until it has been delivered. Q: What should I do if I try a product and I don't like it? Is there any kind of satisfaction guarantee?

A: We fully stand behind all FOLUMEN® products with our satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase a bottle of a FOLUMEN® product and are not completely satisfied, you can simply email us here and let us know; we will find a suitable solution for this!

Please note: the satisfaction guarantee only applies to the purchase of one bottle of each product, taking into account lifetime order and refund history. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests for more than 1 of the same item/color, and/or if a Warranty refund has previously been granted for the item in question. Question: Where do I apply a coupon code?

A : Join our newsletter to stay up to date on promotions, new launches and more! The "Discount" box is on the first page of our checkout process. This allows you to see the total price of everything in your cart, minus any discount applied, BEFORE proceeding with the purchasing process.

On desktop: You will find the Discount Box on the right side of the screen, directly below the list of items in your shopping cart:

On mobile: on the first checkout screen, click 'View order summary' at the very top of the page:

Question: The system is not applying my coupon code. Why?

A : The most important thing is to know that coupon codes cannot be combined; If you have more than one code, use the one that offers a greater discount to ensure the best value.

Secondly, discount codes are set up with specific parameters to ensure usage within the intended range. For example, all FOLUMEN® coupon codes are strictly limited to one use per account/household; If you try to use a coupon code a second time, the system will not allow you to do so.

If you received a loyalty voucher because you are a returning customer, it is likely that a particular code must be used by an account with an established order history; if you were to give the code to a friend who has never ordered from us, the system will not allow him/her to use it.

Q: I had free shipping, but when I applied my coupon code it disappeared and I was charged shipping. Why?

A : The free shipping threshold of €39.95 refers to the final cost of the item(s) after any coupons have been applied and before taxes are charged; Therefore, if an applied coupon brings your order subtotal (total before tax) below $39.95, the free shipping selection will no longer be available.

Helpful Tip: If the coupon saves you more than the shipping costs, it's better to leave it applied; If not, remove the coupon and enjoy free shipping. If you want to both save with the coupon AND receive free shipping, just add something else to your cart to maximize the savings!

Q: How long does it take for orders placed on getboldify.com to arrive?

A : Orders placed on our direct site typically ship within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Please note that this is only an estimate and is location dependent; Although orders generally arrive well ahead of schedule, there are rare occasions when delivery may take longer than expected.

Here are some guidelines and helpful tips:

- Please note that you have at least 5 working days after placement to inquire about the fulfillment of your order. Please know that we will do our best to get it on its way, and we can generally do this within the stated 2-3 business days.

- Package tracking questions should be directed to the appropriate carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) for prompt resolution unless:

Question: My order says "Delivered", but I have not received it; what shall I do?

A : For orders marked 'Delivered' within the last five business days, please allow additional time for delivery via courier; in some cases there are timing/scanning discrepancies that can cause an order to be marked as delivered before it is actually delivered. If your order was marked 'Delivered' more than five business days ago, please contact us via email here so we can identify and resolve the issue.
